You know, my family and I have come to this campsite for about 10 years every 4th of July. This year has been the worst. Since the new owners, there have been a lot of changes regarding what we can and can not do. This morning, the owner decided it was a wonderful idea to turn up the music, very loud, at around 6AM when people are sleeping. My sister was doing laundry, and they took her wet clothes out and put them in a bag. There are now no fireworks allowed around the camp area and they are charging almost double the price they were before. I would not suggest staying at this resort if you like your peace and quiet.

Excellent place to pitch camp! They met all of our needs, including a quiet place to put up our tent, nice clean restrooms with showers, great food at the cafe, and firewood and ice at the shop. Everyone there seemed incredibly nice too. We intended to rent one of the cute little cabins there, but they were all taken. I assume those and the RV facilities are great too.

We stayed there the night before climbing Mt. St. Helen's because we were starting the climb at 4 am and it was pretty exceptional for what it was and where it is located. The cabin for (4) of us was comfy enough although the bunk beds for larger adults is a little cramped lol but great for kids, the queen the bed was a little uncomfortable but all in all it was fantastic! The place was quiet and really, really clean. The staff were awesome , nice, helpful, warm, and inviting, and the food at the little restaurant was tasty, the pizza especially! Try a lushy if you are there, its an adult slushy and is really good. They also have pedal car rentals for Yale Lake although we did not have time to do that,

Love this location. All amenities for rv hookups. Playground area for kids. Pool is great though not heated. Saturday nights movies for kids on the grass with popcorn. Excellent cafe on site; breakfast, lunch dinners & cocktails.

The Lone Fir Resort is great- Jeremy at the front desk was amazing! We booked for one night, unit 4A and one night in 3A. The cabins are super cozy, clean and awesome, if we come back up to the area we will definitely stay here again!
